DanceFest Basics
The San Francisco Hip Hop DanceFest takes place annually at the Palace of Fine Arts Theater in November.  This year’s performance dates are Friday-Sunday, November 16-18, 2007. The festival sells out every year.  This means we anticipate a ticketed audience of 4,000 people as well as a total number of performers totaling approximately 250-300 dancers.  Our audiences are diverse in age, cultural identity and socio-economic background.
This festival is not only well attended; it is watched through-out the world of Hip Hop artists to find out what’s new, and who was there.  The reach of the festival includes an email list of 10,000*, a mailing list of approximately the same size, coverage in all local print outlets, exposure on local television programming, and stories in national theater and dance publications.
*It is important to note that email forwarding is common – so actual reach is greater.

Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities
- Product placement through give-aways to artists and audience members
- Program Inclusion
- Lobby Banners
- Inclusion in Mass Marketing materials
- Inclusion in our Press Materials
- On-stage recognition announcements by hosts and M.C.
- Advance promotional activities

These sponsorship packages can be custom-built, or we can design a sponsorship program specific to your business.  We limit our sponsorship program to products and companies whose philosophies match our own.  This means values that encompass community diversity, innovation, self-expression, emotional and physical health, educational growth, and a commitment to working together for common goals.

VOLUNTEER with the San Francisco Hip Hop DanceFest!
Volunteer opportunities available in a variety of capacities, from pre-production to showtimes. For more information, email volunteer coordinator and include the word "VOLUNTEER" in the email subject line. Thanks!
